Absolutely! Although the course and coaching is designed to support the introverted personality, the key concepts learned will apply to both introverts and extroverts and anyone in between. Our follow up Group Coaching allows you to discuss and apply what you learned based on your specific circumstances to help you to apply the concepts in your own real world situations.

The training program is designed for you to participate in. If for some reason you must miss a training, you will be allowed to take that training again when it is being offered again. Further support may be offered as well.

Yes! This program will teach you the fundamentals that will put you in the 90% of knowledgeable leaders. You will be able to share with your managers how you are ready to be promoted to a leadership position. Even if you are on a team and part of a project, you will be able to greatly influence outcomes and be seen as someone who can help your team members as well.

You will have access to the training as long as it is being offered and the training is not full for one year from the start of your 1st training. Refreshers will be offered on a case by case basis after one year.
